“CONDOMINIUM PALAZZO GAZZOLA” IN BORDIGHERA

This prestigious apartment is found within a classic building form the early 1900’s, located in the centre of Bordighera, facing a small and quiet square, 150 meters from the sea, close to all services (beaches, taxi, train station, pharmacy, bank, etc.), on the second floor above ground. It has recently been restructured with prestigious details, and is accessible by a convenient marble staircase of by lift.

-- the whole apartment’s floor in made of natural oak, laid in “running bond” with “Listone Giordano” boards (14x140x2400);
- the heating is autonomous, methane gas, with a “Riello” condensation sealed chamber wall furnace, finished in steel. The day and night areas are controlled by two thermostats, in order to manage the temperature of the two large areas in autonomy, just as the air conditioning system (found in all the rooms), with “Toshiba super digital inverter” heat pump, with ecological gas, efficiency class A+/A+;
- The electrical system, in conformity with the CEI 64-8 norms, has been made with quality materials, with “Biticino” modules and covers, series light tec, and LED recessed spotlights. Preparation work is set up for the installation of an alarm system to protect the interior and the perimeter on every window and French window.
- The kitchen and the office are complete of made to measure furniture from the”Modulnova” firm, and of appliances (Miele, Electrolux, Zanussi) A+/A+. The kitchen is also equipped with a built in extractor hood (500 watt) with aspiration pipes leading to the exterior.
On the South side of the apartment there are small balconies typical of the period, with original Liberty style railings in cast iron and “Carrara” marble floorings.
The apartment also has a large cellar, located in the underground floor of the building. It does not have a garage, but there is the possibility of buying one or more in the vicinity, easily reachable on foot.
